Breast Augmentation Surgery

Breast augmentation [or the boob job] is a surgical operation aimed at raising the scale, shape, or fullness of the breast. If there is sagging of the breast as well, then a mastopexy procedure may also be required, along with the surgery to increase the volume. Augmentation is carried out with the help of silicone implants or by fat transfer. A silicone implant is inserted through a small incision in the axilla or the under surface of the breast. If fat is used for augmentation it is first harvested from abdomen or thigh and then injected into the breast tissue to increase the mound.

  • Restoration of breast size post pregnancy, weight loss or breastfeeding.
